What would you do if you had very unique content but very limited web skills?

Say you've produced some type of content that has never been done before, with girls that have never been seen before. But you have a limited budget and limited web design and marketing skills.

Would you try to start a site anyways? Problem with that would be people with lots of money and skill would steal your idea and surpass you in popularity very quickly.

Would you become a content provider? Problem with that would be you can't control how well your clients will protect it from piracy.

Would you try to find a partner to do all the web stuff?

All hypothetically of course. :winkwink:

Partner up i think :)

people who are too worried end up in homeless shelters

take what you have that you think is worth a buck and turn it into money asap

This board used to be packed full of content providers, I wonder why they all disappeared. Hmmm. If you don't find a partner there is a good chance you will just sit on the content for a long time, give up then sell it for a loss. Would you also do post-production (capture, edit, encode, etc..)?

partner up, is the best bet i can think of lol :)find another newb like yourself that is techie and split it up i guess.

I highly doubt its never been done...micro niche ok maybe.

EB is pretty much spot on though.
Over protecting your content will only get you ... Nothing ...

Unless you know someone that runs a large system and has cash which you trust your only option would be to start contacting some of the big boys.

The only way to make money at a good level in this biz is to shoot your own unique content.

Flog it on Craigslist

Which also makes theft of an idea MUCH much harder!
Not every guy with a cam can shoot micro niches and shoot them well

Start a tube and give it away for free.

Or, partner up with someone who already makes a living as an affiliate and would welcome the opportunity to run an affiliate program and market the site him or herself for a share of the profits. Tough to find that person, I admit. But that's what I'd do.

Not many affiliates today have 10-20k a month for marketing :)

Which you would need if the content is really that rare
