CCBill Phoenix Network Provider Issues

To All CCBill Clients and Affiliates

At approximately 11:55 pm, Thursday, April 8, 2010, Mountain Standard Time, our CCBill Phoenix Data Center and Networks provider began to experience issues which have affected the following CCBill Systems and Services:

- CCBill Client and Affiliate Reporting
- CCBill Native User Management
- CCBill Background Posts

At this time, transactions are being received and processed via our networks locations in Ashburn, VA and Amsterdam, Netherlands. In addition, all User Management and Background Post services will continue to be queued in our systems.

We are currently working with our Upstream Provider's Network Engineers to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, in order to restore all CCBill services and reporting.

We will notify this board with updates on this situation throughout the morning, until this issue has been fully resolved.

Many thanks for your attention to this matter.

Laurie
