Buns aren't any better than the breading on that chicken. If you make a similar sandwich at home with quality chicken, bacon and cheese and don't bread the chicken it's even a fairly decent thing to eat if you're doing a no carb diet. Anything at fast food restaurants is infinitely worse for you than the equivalent you can get at a real restaurant or make yourself at home, because they stuff it with preservatives and use the worst possible ingredients.

Either way, I'm sure these things are no worse than eating a Whopper or Big Mac. They might even have less shitty carbs.

Maybe it's the lack of bun? Pretty much it's just a big ass piece of meat so the carbs/sugars should be fairly low considering it's fast food.

On a saturday morning Natalie & I cook, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 sausages, beans, fried egg, fried bread & toast, mushrooms, Fried tomatoes & sometimes a piece of black pudding or a hash brown.... Now thats a yummy breakfast!
