Clash of the Titans in fucking 3D...

<not really spoilers but I'll put up a warning anyway>

Where was it? I saw almost NO 3D action yet I paid 3 bucks more for my ticket than a normal ticket. I didn't even want to see it in 3D but nobody is showing it in 2D here. I fucking hate this 3D craze.

I went to see it with my girlfriend too a few days ago and I told her it was best to see it in 2D since in my opinion It didn't seemed optimised for 3D and looks I was right, Your not the only one that is complaining about this

It wasnt shot in 3D, it was converted after it was shot. You get a minimal depth effect but thats about it.

Alice in Wonderland was also post-production but it had a lot more effects.

Waddymelon 04-12-2010 04:36 AM

Yeah... but one is a Tim Burton movie, the other isnt.

Raf1 04-12-2010 04:41 AM

so is it worth seeing at all?

What does this have to do with it being post-production or not?

The movie itself was entertaining. I'd say so.

Good heads up...

Clash of the Titans was garbage, doesn't matter if it was 3D, 2D or on TV, don't waste the time. Action was weak, acting was shit and everything was little too easy and convenient.

Its a shame too cause they could have done so much and I really like Liam Neeson as an actor.

The next 3D movie worth seeing will be the new Resident Evil: Afterlife. It's filmed with James Cameron's 3D tech and looks like it should be a blast.

Completely cheesy but fun. Good if you like action/fantasy

SomeCreep 04-12-2010 10:46 AM

i saw it in 3d and lots of it was in 3d. great movie.

MrWho 04-12-2010 11:57 AM

I will go next weekend to see it with my girlfriend.
As I first heard of the title I was thinking about a classic movie 30 or 40 years ago.

Don't get the name, but I'm in suspense watching Clash of the Titans.

A-n-D-r-E-S 04-12-2010 12:19 PM

It's going to be a good one, I think...

Phoenix 04-12-2010 12:26 PM

i want to see it...just because i liked all the mythology stuff growing up

i cant wait to go see cool movies with my boy

MrWho 04-14-2010 12:08 PM

Saw the film yesterday with my girlfriend in 3D and we where NOT impressed. Nothing special to this like it was with Avatar.
The movie is okay, but this 3D post production sucks! Go and watch it in 2D and you will be more happy with this movie I think.

KILL_FRENZY 04-14-2010 12:30 PM

Haven't seen it yet but I will soon enough. 3D or not the trailer looks good enough for a nice Friday evening...at least I hope so, only romantic shit running in the theaters now.

2012 04-14-2010 12:32 PM

the 3D movies are really getting good
