As with any forum you should use the fucking search before posting questions that have been asked and answered repeatedly for years.

unfortunatly posts that were answered before but not recently don't contain any updated information. So the question still applies, cheers ;)

Since TGPs have been dead for years there aren't any new, fresh TGP scripts so the old answers still apply.

I don't know of any free TGP scripts but I can highly recommend you TGPX from JMB Software. It's cheap compared to other TGP scripts but the script is good and the support effective.

Would you recommend it without the possibility of getting a commission? I doubt it. Nice spam.

depends what kind of sites do you plan to run.
- real tgp site (with sumibttions) - go for TGPX or even TGPX Server License
- tgp rotator - ST or SteamRotator (both can be used with 1% skim)
