packaging & selling homemade foods- anyone here have info?
 

i've decided to look into selling my homemade breakfast cereal but am unsure as to the legality of making commercially sold food, are there gov guidelines/laws re: this? would like to start off making up large batches in my kitchen as opposed to leasing out a commercial kitchen from the gitgo.

also, anyone know anything about how to/where to find biodegradeable packaging for this item?
