Tea Party to be added to list of Domestic Terrorist

According to the USA Patriot Act section 802 the Tea Party is a terrorist group.

"A person engages in domestic terrorism if they do an act ""dangerous to human life"" that is a violation of the criminal laws of a state or the United States, if the act appears to be intended to: (i) intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination or kidnapping."

Tea Party = Ku Klux Klan = Weathermen = Jewish Defense League = Animal Liberation Front = Army of God = Terrorist

Are we all waiting for another "OKLAHOMA CITY BOMBING"?

The Tea Baggers are Terrorist.

Pigshit...on all counts.

IllTestYourGirls 04-13-2010 11:55 AM

So does that make SEIU also a terrorist group? I mean they have actually used violence, unlike the tea party....

TheSenator 04-13-2010 12:04 PM

Isn't it ironic that the USA Patriot ACT is being used by an "ultra hippe tofu eating" liberal to label the "Tea Party" as a terrorist group.

Where was the Tea Party when American rights were taking away during the BUSH years?

Apparently you were not paying attention. Leaders of the Tea Party movement, like The Judge Andrew Napolitano, who had 10,000 people go to his tea party, have been bitching about this in the Bush years. Sorry you are late to the party.

And I know your thread is suppose to be ironic, but people who voted for Ron Paul and/or any person who voted third party were already put on the terrorist watch list, again, you are late to the party. And those third party voters WERE bitching about the Patriot Act.

I thought Obama was going to repeal the Patriot Act? Hows that going? Meet the new boss same as the old.

Obama should repeal the Patriot Act. Theoretically, the President can put anybody in prison with no lawyer, no recourse for infinite amount of time.

jesse_adultdatingdollars 04-13-2010 01:46 PM

Tea party are the most ignorant bunch of douchebags ever. They should be called teabaggers and suck nuts. Bunch of idiots. Lol

Well now Obama can "theoretically" KILL any American citizen without trial.

I can't believe I am actually responding to such in idiotic post, but here goes:

Please provide one example 3 violations listed. I have yet to read about a kidnapping, intimidation, or mass destruction. If speech scares you, then you should just say that we do not have a right to free speech. Your willingness to shut people up is frightening. We should welcome all forms of expression weather you agree with it or not. :helpme

Haven't you figured out that TheSenator is here to just post news, not interpret it? Because interpreting something requires even a shred of common sense, something TheSenator doesn't possess. And now ladies and gentlemen, we get to see JFalcon embarrass himself with his only contribution to yet another thread; calling me a troll :)

"Terrorists" in support of the US Constitution?

That is a reallllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll stretch.

Agent 488 04-13-2010 10:22 PM

that's crossing the line and will cause more problems that it solves.

but in america politics is not about solving problems but football for the slightly more educated masses ... so who cares.

just grab a beer and watch the empire decline.

So, because you chose to be clueless during that time means that such a movement did not exist? Awfully Berklian of you.

FWIW, Libertarians, which are a leading force of the tea party movement, were also a leading force opposing the Patriot Act.

I think it's funny that after Bush left office many of those asshats that voted for him now identify themselves as Libertarians. LOL

Bush and the GOP didn't do shit during their time in office for the good of the people IMO, I was GOP, nothing funny about it, I, like a lot of people have shifted to independant but still conservative. If you look at the conservative ran states versus the liberal ran states, guess which ones are having problems right now? BTW, I live in California

The Tea Party, as started by Ron Paul, may have had some validity, but once the special interests groups and neocon loonies took over, and swapped Ron Paul out for Sarah Palin, they are now just another divisive tool to be exploited for ratings by the news channels.

2012 04-14-2010 09:18 AM

where's the teabag party at

And the ironic part is Ron Paul keeps beating Sarah Palin in gop straw polls. It is a complete reversal of reality.

Lets face it, Ron Paul has some great ideas, but not a great speaker. Palin is getting better, but I don't see her running for president, she's making too much money speaking.
If the tea party keeps going the way it is, it's going to have a lot of influence come election time.

Where do you find that the neo cons and special interest groups have taken over?

There are tons of reports tying the neo cons and special interest groups to the Tea Party and Sister Sarah.....
