We saw an increase in joins when they upgraded to nats 4. There where a couple bugs but the Naughty America team fixed it asap.

I think you'd be better served spending as much time learning the system as you have repeating "it sucks" with no details as to why when asked.

Honestly, v4 is technically better. It's just a pain for the unimportant bits.. both administration and affiliate side. The database, however, is nowhere near as bad as v3 was. Fuck surfer_stats right in the ass.

I've been told they're working on redoing the system to make it a bit better. Hopefully it is in process now, as TMM has been refusing to do v3 installs for awhile now.

Come on John, you know the majority of affiliates think NATS 4.0 sucks. It does suck, at least compared to NATS 3.0. It's hard for me to imagine, how you could take something that was so simple to use and worked so well (version 3.0) and turn it into complete garbage (version 4.0).

Who are you? You certainly don't know me since you assume that everything I do is advertised in my sig. Below are stats from a single NATS 4 program that I promote (as an example) for this period. This is 100% from TGP traffic as you noted.

I know that the current free ad tools dump for affiliates is a clusterfuck. I spoke with Charlie and Fred about it at TPF and they assured me they are working to improve it. It DOES work... you just have to go through 4 steps to get a dump... but then again... that may be too difficult for you rocket scientists out there.

Wow your 65 joins in a pay period are very impressive. Slavdogg just did that many joins while I typed out this message.

Making a blanket statement that programs should be dropped simply for using NATS certainly isn't a statement that qualifies for intelligent... I don't know him from adam and simply judged his statement. I run a NATS 4 program and while there have been small issues here and there, TMM has provided quick and thorough support and have gone the extra mile to insure that everything was working correctly. NATS simply works and that is what matters to me on each side of my business as an affiliate and paysite operator.

If you want to send directly to a join page, and have it counted, send to http://nats.domain.com/track/YOURFUCKINGCODEHERE/join - I get sick of people who send directly to the join page and bitch that it's not counted. That's about 99% of the time because you did it wrong, stupid.

NATS4 is crap, I've also given up on programs that have downgraded to it.

A unique is a unique and should be counted no matter what page you send it too.

To be honest, I think there is something wrong with the link redirect for simon scans... I have promoted them for 7-8 years now I think and they have changed from ccbill to vxsbill and now to nats and I still have links up everywhere. I am still making sales so I don't care about the stats. When most programs have seen huge increases in signup ratios I can still count on this program to convert. :2 cents: I make my money 10 different ways... affiliate income is only about 15%.

Instead of just claiming "it sucks" - can you give some insight and particulars you are referring to?

Hey slavdogg... I would put my hate or distrust - maybe just bad luck - towards the proper people, the program directly.

It's easy to point your hate towards the software, maybe because it's a pain for you to use - but performance wise, tracking of sales and doing it's job for everyone - it's outstanding.

So many things can contribute to bad sales, soooo many things... the list is far longer than I can list.


Not to knock anyone, many programs make great products or shoot great content but they don't really make good program operators - others do though.
