9am PST I put in a work order to have a domain installed on our server. I should have installed it last night but I was more interested in going to bed. I kid you not I didn't so much as take a sip from my red bull when I got an email back saying "Done. Have a nice day". The work order was opened, taken care of, and closed in less than sixty seconds.

Fucking outstanding.

i do agree tho that nat net tickets do get done quick :)

I manage my own server. Why bother waiting for someone to do what takes all of 15 seconds to do yourself?

I added 10 domains just now it took 10 seconds. Are you saying it would take 10 minutes at your current host to complete this at one domain per minute?

When I started my web hosting company, mainly for my consulting clients and tube deals, I make sure that I had in my service agreements with techs (fast response times). All 1st level support tickets handled and responded to in less that 30 minute response maximum.

They've been handling it much faster than that. Literally within minutes.

I host my own sites with NakedHosting, and their support is always extremely prompt, doesn't matter time or day.

Though I'm not too lazy to add my own sites, since it does take all of 30 seconds. :)
