I have a site that I have traffic going to but need a good webcam sponsor. I need these things... I know AWE has this but they don't convert for me plus they kinda screw over their webmasters.

I'd like a live video feed promo tool that goes to a chat where you don't need to signup before chatting.. anyone got that?

I think AWE has great products, but I wouldn't say there's any "gold standard" in the webcam market. Customers buy based on ease of use, but most importantly, the models themselves. Some sites will convert with some traffic, while others won't.
