so i contacted nick in regard to my stolen videos from their tube sites..
he said i should contact some Joe that he would remove all my movies right away.. yes Joe..

so i was wondering how the fuck im supposed to find my movies?
do you want me to go page by page through all your tubes?

i was able to find these by using the search feature... looking for obvious matches..

A friend of mine actually spoke face-to-face with "Keeze" himself (if I remember correctly, over a game of foozball) and he was promised all movies would be removed.

This was after my pal's ignored DMCA notices (which were filed).

And sure enough, they were removed.

And sure enough, a few weeks later, all his movies were back up again.

Lost a 20 once against Keez. Fucker!

You need to hire a full time staff so that they can search all of the biggest tubes for your stolen videos on a daily basis. That's what all of the biggest content/media producers do. Consider the expense part of the cost of doing business.

I report all the tube pages that rank above me in search (yeah, I know I don't own them but they don't know that). They rename them but at the same time the script changes the tags and URL, problem solved from my end :P

What if you had proof they pornhub, etc uploaded the videos themselves?

You would then have to sue them and hope that you could prove it in court. I'm sure they have pretty deep pockets so you better be prepared for a long battle.
