Photoshop Wiz Needed -- One Time Job
 

I need somebody to do some detailed photoshop work for me. Non-Adult.

Its large TIFF images of a race driver, but the helmet being worn has all sorts of nicks and marks on it.

I need it cleaned up, and hopefully changed to have a different color (its now white) without messing up the rest of the photo.
