Suggestions on multifunction printer
I need a printer for printing and scanning documents, copying, whatever. I have really bad luck with printers. What's a good one to get? I will not be printing pictures. I just want the damn thing to last me a while.

I've heard Sabre printers are good ;) lol just kidding, but there are a lot of good all in ones out there, but ya I have the same luck as you all die in a short time.

Dwight Schrute: That's a ridiculous question. Jim Halpert: False. Black bear. Dwight Schrute: Well, that's debatable. There are basically two schools of thought... Jim Halpert: Bears eat beets. Bears, beets, Battlestar Galactica. Dwight Schrute: Bears do not... what is going on? What are you doing? Jim Halpert: [Talking head] Last week I was in a drugstore, and I saw these glasses for $4.00. And it only cost me $7.00 to recreate the rest of the ensemble. And that is a grand total of $11.00. Dwight Schrute: [Back at their desks] You know what? Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, so I thank you. [Jim takes a bobblehead doll out of his suitcase and sets it on his desk] Dwight Schrute: Identity theft is not a joke, Jim! Millions of families suffer every year! Jim Halpert: MICHAEL! Dwight Schrute: Oh, that's funny. MICHAEL! |
Anything but an inkjet. I can't believe they still even sell the things. I've never had one last more than 2 years before the print heads were fucked. I even bought an HP that had replaceable print heads, thinking that might solve the problem. It basically works out cheaper to buy a new printer every 6 months.
Go with a laser multifunction and you should be OK. But don't buy the cheapest one you can find. I've had good luck with HP laserjets. |
