If for example the domain xxxxx.com is a Trademark domain, I can even register the domain xxxxx.biz without trademark infrigement ?

No..it doesnt matter if its .biz.....mobi or whatever its still a trademark issue .

I think you already know the answer.

it doesn't matter the extension, it would still be infringement

Exacto - however, unless the party that owns the trademark contacts you - you can usually skim by.

Not sure exactly what you are defining as 'Trademark domain' but yes it is possible.

There are a number of factors that could still allow you te register and use the .biz of the .com

Just because you can though, it's not always a great idea to do it.
