Tempurpedic or Sleep Number?
 

I'm thinking about upgrading. I don't know if it will help, but just about every night when I fall asleep on my side, my arm gets numb. I can't stand it. I'm thinking my current mattress might be a bit worn / compressed and too firm (7 year old memory foam from isoform.com).

Anyone here ever have a similar problem? How did you fix it? I try to sleep on my back, but I always end up defaulting to my side and wake up 10-15 times a night. I'd kill for a solid night of sleep.

Have you ever spoken with a sleep specialist? They might have some ideas for you. We spend a third of our life in bed. Our bed is very important.

I don't like the tempurpedic mattress but I have a pillow that I cannot go without. Always had neck complaints and since I use the tempurpedic pillow I've never had a problem ever.

For full bed I would look at Hastens.

I have grown to HATE our SleepNumber bed. Can't wait to. Get rid of it.
