TheAMNetwork wont pay after 2 months
 

So the last time I was paid by TheAMNetwork was in February, right when the bank problems happened. So, its been over 2 months later, my account manager seems to be a good guy. But, he barely ever logs on messenger anymore and when I message him I get ignored or some line like "I'll touch base with you tomorrow" or "You'll be paid next month, promise!"

They owe me 3000$ and I know for a fact they're accepting new affiliates and are processing again.... So my question to this affiliate program, is this how you run your business? The ridiculous part is I've been making Spacash plenty of $ and these idiots lost out on so much money because of what, they didn't want to pay an affiliate what was owed? Any comments from the owners would be appreciated, as I've contacted support and tried everything just to get a simple response and you all seem to be hiding under your desks with your hands over your ears pretending you can't hear.

Hey Crow Kid - You and I have been in regular contact regarding the payout situation on the AMN account. I explained the situation and told you that as soon as it 's sorted out the payments will be going out.

With that said.....yes we started talking more affiliates on the program - that's because we just move it from Beta testing to Live launch (7 days ago).

Anyhow - I already have you in the payout queue and you will be paid on Monday the normal pay period.

I manage the network here - sometimes rare business errors do happen and you have to delay a payment, I recently discovered a few accounts that we blocked for fraud and a couple other causes (we do periodic reviews to ensure quality of our service to members and our partners). I found 8 affiliates unpaid, this was not very settling, i've contacted them all and made arrangements. While admitting fault, no company is perfect and these things do happen - I always maintained communication, despite the partners frustration in the situation. If your not getting that, at minimum, something is going on.

Robert I really appreciate you coming on here and taking responsibility. We all understand there are things in business that happen and you cannot escape them. You seem like a stand-up guy (as is my account manager which I stated earlier). But, being a stand-up guy and a good guy kind of gets thrown out the window after 3 months(almost) of this unfortunately.

Having said that, I think things are beginning to turn around on a positive note. My affiliate manager has already paid me half of what's due this week, and he's said we're on schedule to be paid fully next week. I think we should all take their word that they're fixing this issue and payments will resume as normal from now on. Hopefully the affiliates affected that were reading/posting on this thread are all caught up or almost caught up by now!

They ARE paying full, accounting assumed I was paid in full, small problem; all is fixed now, I'm getting taken care of next week, we should all be good to go now.

Incorrect no wire sent, and I still know affiliates who haven't been paid. What magical world do you live in where you're company is fine and everything's paid out and you're able to be contacted online? After I didn't receive payment Tuesday, I sent you messages, you did not respond, yesterday you were offline ALL DAY. So no, sir, you're not easily reachable. The fact is after 3 months of bs, I post on GFY, and suddenly days after I get paid. That speaks for itself. I JUST WANT MY OTHER HALF, DO YOU THINK I LIKE COMING ON HERE? IM TIRED OF BUGGING YOUR COMPANY, this is the worst company ive ever dealt with ever in my 10 years! Just pay what you owe and I will disappear from you all!
