ClubJenna live cam beat patent claims
 

A guy called Yonkers owns a loads of patents of live cam companies has lost court proceedings including a suit against "Playboy's ClubJenna unit" So fair play to GFY.... cosidering they are part of the mentioned. :thumbsup

They say "He recently filed suit against more than a dozen banks and communications companies, including AT&T Inc., American Express Co. and JPMorgan Chase & Co. The banks are accused of infringing a patent that covers an apparatus and method for making secure credit card transactions." So this guy is big stuff!

I appologize for being a little ignorant over all the facts as it is a little confusing but I notice it is due to the blue chip that was patented by Yonkers. Im glad to bring the big news (the win for clubjenna) to light. :2 cents:

Of course. There were many companies that Yonkers tried to sue for using a patent.
