Don't use Moyea if you're converting to FLV. It only supports the ancient Spark FLV codec, which came out for Flash 6, of all things. The same goes for ALL encoders based on FFmpeg.
You can use it for MP4 converting I suppose, though there are many free tools for that.
If you want an FLV, which will play on more versions of Flash Player than an MP4 will, try On2 Flix, which gives you VP6 format. If you have Premier or Flash CS3 or CS4 you already have a VP6 encoder, and don't need to buy anything.
