Tube Site - Having video embedded on another site

Hi,

Does having a video from one of your sites count as a backlink or help with SE? I read somwhere that is does, but wasnt sure. can anyone shed any light on this?

Well you can put a href inside of the embed code.

So that way you get a backlink.
