I am testing a JS Pic of the day Mobile site (optimized for iPhone and android phones at 320x480) that will eventually use SMS payments to buy the current days pictures corresponding set in three different options.

Was wondering if the brain trust of my older wiser and more experienced brethren could give me some tips.

Decrease your header size. It's too big. It's takes up the whole screen.

Yeah, I'm surprised every time I see website with 1000 px header.
Damn, damn, damn, people visits websites for content, not headers. If anyone new comes to any website, he needs to see content without scrolling else he runs away.

We own adult blogs, with big headers, and it helps building visitors loyality
( among 100 other tools, but the header is ur main image ! )

you can start a big white page filled with content.. get out some clicks,
and never see that visitor again.
