I would also like to point out them i am indeed English and currently living in the UK and due to family commitments i cant move any time soon!

Ok what i can do:

I can design how ever i do prefer to do tube sites, tgp's, affiliate programs etc..

I can code xhtml/css valid (tabless) that are all cross browser compatible

I have worked as an support/affiliate manager for best part of a year (left due to real life issue including an accident) several months ago now though!

I have also done a fair bit of tour building, cutting pics and adding content and done 99% of the sites at magnusbucks.com for them (including the design)

If anyone has anything it would be greatly appreciated!
