remember the "we wont host tubes" threads, followed shortly by "well we thought it over, tubes are fine with us" threads?

The ICANN site contains a large number of comments lately that seem to be supporters of icm.

REAL "stake-holders" such as most readers of this board need to post a "I am a Stake-holder in the Adult entertainment industry, and I ask that ICANN adopt Option 3", or words to that effect ASAP, lest imo we be sorry later when icm wins:-(.

I am not changing to .xxx until and if it becomes a federal law and there is one organization that is backing it right now that I will have nothing further to do with or support.

That's absolute bullshit... it would equal WAY less money for them.. (IF .xxx is eventually turned into a redlight district... not saying it would, but it is one huge step in that direction to make it happen...) If that were to happen, people like me who have over 1000 domains would then have to dump those and cut back due to .xxx being 10x the cost (and work on building up new sites traffic to replace those that have been going for over 10 years)...

based on that, hosting companies could lose up to 90% of their adult domain names that they host and most of that juicy bandwidth they collect on... effectively putting many of them out of business..
