So I'm moving back to Vancouver as of July, but in the mean time im selling my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom beach front condo in the cayman islands. Kitchen is a bit small. How is the night life in the caymans? Is it all old people living in those condos?

Thanks everyone, kitchen is a bit small yes, but its ok for a vacation rental, and most of the time you spend out on the beach, by the pool or "on a boat mother fucker!" :)

Cost of living is pretty much the same price as US/Canada + 25%. - But you dont get taxed here :)

As for night life, i have about 10 bars within stumbling distance from my place, and things get pretty rowdy some nights :)

As for old people, nah, most of the units in my complex are empty most of the year or have younger people living in them, there are a few older couples, but no more than anywhere else.

no doubt in my mind i will, i've had a blast the last 3 years here.
