Wordpress plugin to encode urls?

Hey folks,

I've done some searching but haven't been able to find anything. I'm looking to find a wordpress plugin that will encode urls so rather than having a link go to...

http://www.somesponsorlink.com

It would encode it to http://www.yourblog.com/out?link123

Any ideas?

Yeah, one of these would be really nice. That, and/or a way to make certain links, that I select, be nofollow links.
