I'm sorry guys we're just going through a transition moving everything over to new corporate offices and restructuring post merger. If Kevin has gone thru the August 2009 shipment list that Mandy, you and Paul replied to me about also thru email already, what do I need to do here? Was the content shipped/invoiced/paid to your client or not? Your client advertises in our traffic network, so I could ask them about it if needed. Shall I ask it?

Noelani, I have not heard back nor got a reply back the last 3 weeks from you and Kevin. I send the email list (again...) as you requested (send it twice) to you and Kevin also.

Please advise what to do with the 600+ dvds we send you for 3 licenses each per dvd, in august 2009. Untill today 1800 licenses remain "unanswered for" in our accounting, shipping and hard drive costs as agreed upon.

We are still going through everything now Jacques. Kevin will email you details as soon as he is finished and has confirmation of receipt of all titles by the clients. We've overpaid a couple of studios because we did not wait for confirmation of titles by the clients, so we are getting confirmation of what is accepted/rejected by the clients first before issuing any further studio payouts.

Btw Jacques found a couple of duplicate studios you had sent on the hd to us of studios/titles we had already shipped to the clients through earlier deals..I will have Kevin email you with the complete breakdown as soon as he is finished.

It's content you sold and got paid for and I did not get paid in full so far by your company. I did get an excuse by email that the 1860$ you wired me was for another client of yours, where you were only allowed to sell it to ONE client you had exclusive. I wonder what is worse here....

We don't have any agreement yet, you will get it AFTER you paid me in FULL (for ONE client ONLY!!), otherwise you are licensing content around ILLEGALLY and I WILL find your clients and explain this to them.

You guys kill me lol..if you put half of the time and effort into trying to make sales as you do with your gfy campaigns you guys would have blown us out of the water a long time ago.

If you would just pay your invoice and report properly after 11 months, I would not have to post here to start with and I could use that same time to make sales to people that DO pay.
Maybe your sweet talk works with Lykos, but I have a Studio up my ass that sees their content everywhere sold by your company and I or my studio received diddly squat for it from you. And this Studio is hiring a US lawyer, just for you sweetheart.

Mine is outstanding, yes.
I got the report (which was inaccurate after 8 months of emails and pressure to obtain it in the first place), then they requested an invoice for the reporting, I send it and I got paid 20% of the invoice after a while. Then they said it was for another client, I thought it was just for ONE deal...so most likely they sold the content more then once, underreported the sales and paid me 20% of what they actually reported and stopped answering emails the last days.
I don't want to go in to what I know more from others, I focus on my invoice and my deal only here.
