So Vivid Entertainment closed my account and took my $150 unfairly
 

I was about to let this issue go then realized that someone else might get unfairly treated so thought that I would postt here.

Firstly Vivid has been a pretty good company while I was sending some very small traffic to them and was about to build more sites for them as part of projects going on at insidewebmastering

They have closed my account because they do not know where my traffic is comming from and on top of that they have never actually asked me to say where my traffic is comming from.

So they just closed my account and had to forfeit my $150

Although I was about to let this one go (since it only concerns $150), I have changed my mind since unfair practise should be exposed and they should realize that they cannot just fob someone off by just saying "your account is closed and you have forfeited you money, thanks for understanding" - along the lines of this.....

I believe this is unfair practise....

I have dealt with Vivid for a lot of years, I have never known them to be unfair and always always answered my e-mails and called me when I needed them to, are you saying they have not answered your e-mails ? ? ?

Were you sending chat traffic?

No blog traffic

Some how they say that some traffic is comming from a members area, but this is something that I am not doing and is out of my hands if someone deliberately or accidentally put iot there, or even made a mistake with the link code that then reflects my affiliate id

Put it this way, I only put there stuff up on one of my blogs so was only sending like 10 hits a day any way and was getting ready to build more sites for them for a project that has started but they closed my account.

My blog is still sending them that small traffic as I now have to go through all the posts and take out there pics and point the links to a new sponsor.

From my end, I have done nothing to violate there T&C

They are a good company and even Steve sent me material so that I could build a Kim Kardashian website which I was due to build now....

So even though they are a good company I cannot say that any more since I have got my account closed down and there is nothing that I can do about it.
