We have since January 2010 tried to get our money paid out.

They say they have forwarded this request to their so called finance department to request our money be transferred to us but nobody is getting back to us.

Since more than 3 months back (after they shut down processing for us and others here) they have kept our money.

They have promised 7 times to contact their finance department(starting back in February) to payout our funds and let us know the date of transfer to our bank account.
But they don't want to payout and hope the customer will eventually give up.

The emails used for contacting them was sent to and cc-ed:

[email protected]
[email protected]

The above 3 persons are all aware of this but don't give a shit.


so....Watch out and don't use this incompetent company they will steal your money and try to drag the payout until you simply give up.

We use CCBill for our main sites and have been the last 10 years however we have a smaller site too and CCBill do not offer dynamic pricing for shopping carts that offers instant downloads + tangible dvds so CCBill cannot be used in that case.The key is the dynamic pricing options and their billing software is simply to narrow to take on dynamic pricing such as letting the customer buy multiple clips of differnet prices and charge 1 total amount on the checkout. We already contacted them some time back and its a no go.

We got accepted with both Visa and Mastercard again thru 2 different billers (we got dropped by gtbill due to MC had us tagged as violent from what gtbill wrote to us) but strangely enough the same MC accepted us after spidering our site so we now have a backup and a main processor on the shopping cart.

Already got 2 payouts from our new processors and all running smoothly with them :)

actually CCBill does that now :)

Have they resolved the issue? Thats some serious shit.

Reminds me of PSW Billing... lost their merchant account, said it would be fixed up ASAP, and even if the worst happened they would have sufficient assetts to sell off and pay out all funds due.

They never got another merch account, and they never paid...

I have been trying to get your funds released, and we will make a payment to you when we get them released. GTBill never tried to invoince you for the fine we got, plain and simple, so to all of you, please know that there are two sides to every story.

You did remove the content which is amicable and usually the banks will allow your URLS to continue processing, but unfortunately, ours did not. Wire sent... even though we dont have your funds..

gtbill/supporter/owner/retard....i was promised by U to resolve this and get back to us 1½ week ago...U dident bother(I even wrote to you in icq "we will see") and now you have a reason why we haven't heard from you and have to read the shit on gfy and not in our inbox per email as you promised....U must really be doing good business.

If you promise (after hiding for 4 months) to resolve this you should do that and not finally reply and get back to us here.

As for the rape word it was already crawled by both visa and MasterCard 2 times AFTER we (without notice got shut down) and we got accepted with 2 different processors 1 week after we found out you were just buying time hoping our emails would stop getting to your inbox....so stop writing lies plz.

Honestly, these are not lies, and you decided to bring it to the board... so we can reply... the chargeback liability goes out to 180 days from the date of the last transaction posted.. this is our banks view on witholding your funds... but, as I said, the wire is sent.

As i said when you promised to get back to us 1½ week ago "we will see". I dont wanna repeat myself in what i wrote about not getting back to us. But main thing is if you take the responsibility to be a processor and take on clients you should be in touch with that client if you suddenly decide to stop processing for the client and not hide for months only wanna reply if your clients post on gfy or the other webmaster forums.

I will update when the wire is received if this is for real this time.
