hits 499 - uniques 460 - free sign ups 52 - amount $0.00 (on pps)

this is over about 12 days. been advertising the webcamclub with the chat roulette style interface. since its really popular i thought it would be great. but 52 sign ups and no sales is fairly abysmal.

anyone else have luck with the chat roulette style advertising?

maybe i am doing something hideously wrong but i am sending people to the chat roulette style page so i don't know...

why to pay for something whats on original chatroulette free?

IMHO, the only thing you may have done wrong is come on here and make a post about a program not converting after sending less than 500 hits to it. I wouldnt pass judgment until Ive sent them at LEAST 5k uniques....and even then its not really enough traffic to get a good view of their potential :upsidedow

That's not a terrible conversion rate (10%+) from click to free sign-up. But you've got to work on the free sign-up to paid user conversion rate. My free sign-up to paid user conversion ratio for Cams.com is 645:34.

It seems like you have no problem getting people in the door if you're at 1 free signup for every 8 people sent. Can you contact me with your DG username so we can look at some potential ways to turn these into sales? I've got some things that will help that I can talk to you about in private.

What percentage of these were domestic leads, btw?

amount of uniques sent is not the point, who gives a crap if i sent 5000 uniques and got 52 free sign ups and no conversions?

point is, thats a ton of free sign ups with 0 to show.

perhaps teencat is right, people view a chat roulette type thing as a free deal, why pay for it?

Jayvis, here is one thing i gotta ask you and this is directly from the front page of your site on webcamclub-
"you send us the free joins, we convert them for you with our top notch marketing tools."

well........don't know about that. I guess what i am trying to say here is "what is about average for sending free joins to pay join?" i have no idea with your program, so if you can give me a close approximation that would be great.

btw i have 24 domestic, 28 foreign

okay, how does that work? if i send the person in and he/she signs up for a free account, is it not the program that should try to convert that? how do it influence an action once they leave my site and actually sign up?

btw i don't do alot of cam traffic so i really don't know what is considered decent as far as ratios.
this is why i posted, just trying to find out if i am spinning my wheels with the traffic.

Nothing wrong vs DG here, just posting some stats, I find it quite odd tho, I think I have sent like 50 foreign free signups also, not a single convert :)

However I converted 2-3 on the last promo to Webcamclub with only low traffic sent.

I have found out through our own testing, popunder traffic brings in a lot of free signups but not a lot of PPS. But we send newsletters to all those free signups and eventually a percentage signs up and you get the Commission. So it's all a matter of time.

hmmmm....

500 uniques isn't enough to determine any kind of sales pattern.

Wired Guy- yes it is possible to see a pattern when you have sufficient free signs to pay ratio, amount of traffic less important.

This month 0:5600 free. I actually have no idea where the traffic is comming from because I thought I pulled all links.
