Marijuana, Inc.
Anyone catch this show last night?
Was pretty interesting. They claim California supplies half the US's dope. Their so-called "war" on drugs has never been anything but a monumental failure. California is the fucking Weed Capital of the world man. http://www.cnbc.com/id/28281668/ |

when the doctor gives them to you, it's called: "medicine" ;)

1. Are we still calling it a drug? It's a plant. A weed that will grow wild with or without humans. That's like saying, "We need to outlaw & criminalize prairie grass." To me, a 'drug' is something synthetic created in a lab. 2. "Drugs" are not inherently bad. There are countless drugs that have helped mankind beyond measure. How people choose to use drugs could be construed as 'bad' by some, both physiologically and morally speaking. |

What are prices like with it so readily available out there?
I'm paying $250-400 an ounce for what I think is pretty good stuff. We call it Purple Urkel and NY Diesel...and it's they're both always available here. |

We had 2 events on the local news last night.
The first one was, some nut lost control of her car and crashed into some random garage. The garage happened to be a plant farm. The second one was, apparently the City of San Jose is trying to shut down the dispensaries there now. Good luck with that. |
I wont even go into prices for down here in New orleans, lets just put it this way, people from Humboldt run pounds of purp here because it goes for 5k a pound to dealer, which is like 300/oz, but you wont get it for that, more like 6. In fact, growers can make more running it this way then selling it in NoCal due to comp.
Ive seen zips for 650 which is why so many people just grow here in the woods LOL |

However, it is even more success if the person never started smoking in the first place. |
Recreational use of marijuana is not "medicine" but any good Conservative is against this stuff. You should be ashamed.

Success indeed.... anyone can quit smoking. All you have to do is..... nothing. It takes a person with an unshakable iron will to smoke for 25 years. :2 cents: |

I also enjoy the hell out of some Vicodin any time I have dental work. Is that wrong also? |
“The FDA says marijuana has no additive medical benefit of any kind, that the illegal trafficking of marijuana is so great that it makes much more sense to keep it illegal. I will keep it illegal.” — Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, August 17, Merrimack, N.H.
“I think I’d leave that to the DEA. Let me just be very blunt. I don’t support the idea. I think there are better ways to treat medical illnesses than the use of a drug that has really caused so many more people to have their lives injured than it has to necessarily have their lives helped.” — Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, June 4, Francestown, N.H. “I believe that marijuana is a gateway drug. That is my view and that’s the view of the federal drug czar and other experts . . . I do not support the use of marijuana for medical purposes. I believe there are other ways of relieving that pain and suffering.” — U.S. Sen. John McCain (Ariz.), August 11, Milton, N.H. “I don’t want medicinal marijuana; there are synthetic forms of marijuana that are available for people who need it for prescription. Don’t open the doorway to medicinal marijuana.“ — Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, July 25, Bedford, N.H. |

I will not go into it, but i was born with neurological disease and qualify for medical cannabis. So whatever you say, goes against doctors orders. however, I have not been using at all, and am 100% sober because I choose to be, but dont throw that shit aorund. |
