does anyone have a list of them? So far I only know of Reddit and StumbleUpon, does anyone know of other, both adult and/or mainstream accepting adult?

Some listed in these urls will.. not all but a lot will... others will let ya bookmark directly and to other social listings, so a benefit either way.
