Adult attorney's who specialize in UGC/Webcams
 

I am looking for an attorney with experience in the user-generated content and webcam side of the industry. I already have multiple attorneys, so I am not looking for full or even part-time representation. Just looking for someone who i can fire a block of questions at from time-to-time, especially over the next 30-45 days.

Who's the right person to talk to?

I already know of Greg Picconelli and Eric Bernstein but still looking...

Since you're in SF Bay Area, how about trying to call the faculty offices of Boalt Hall, UC Hastings, Stanford and speaking with faculty that deal with IP (intellectual property) law? Since they monitor case law carefully, they should probably be able to name some powerful names that are 'shaping' that particular body of law.
