True, I did see the other thread about them not paying also so guess I'll pull all links. It's a shame as their sites look nice.

For example: ... It is possible to take down their "own" marchant account a couple hours here and there and voila shaving % goes up even more. All 100% legaly.

By the way GFprofits is using "Nats" ...
I thought it was not possible to shave with Nats?

The moral of this story is that Creative souls can "ALWAYS" shave ... also with NATS.

Question is .. how many other affiliate programs use these "creative" technics?

I signed up to promote their $100 PPS day and bought ad space on a few sites only to find out that they decided not to do the $100 PPS day without giving any notice. I also didn't get any sales and I read a few days later they said they were having link tracking issues... Its just one thing after the next with them. I'm done with them.

If not paying anyone is a way of shaving then of course you can shave using nats. Not paying isn't shaving it's fraud!

I keep wondering how some people can pay 70%, $150 pps (AND have $1 trials). Especially with the new visa rules on crossselling, it cant be like that much longer.

I can't see why you call it shaving2010 though. Shaving is when you offer alternative payment methods or on declines and not notify the affiliate about potential lost credit. That is done by many and done for a long time.

So where to send? To a sponsor making 5 per cents per click and beeing super honest with counting everything or to a sponsor who makes me 10 cents per click and shaves some sales? I only care about the amounts.

I honestly don't think they're shaving because since I've been promoting them, I'm 1:166 unique ratio with them and 154 signups. IF they are shaving an I'm getting that kind of ratio still, let them shave away, ha ha.

I'll admit, I hounded them for my last payment, as well as a couple of others, but it was said to be bank issues for the delay. I did get paid in the end, so I'm happy.

It's shaving when you can turn something on and off to not pay people. In this case it sounds like they can turn something on so the affiliates don't get credit for the sales, they can do this a couple hours a day if they wanted to. = shaving.

All shaving is fraud.

I'm still hounding them for that payment. btw your next pay date has already come and gone.

As far as the next pay date coming and going, it's actually not due yet, only the 6th today, so there's a couple of days for them to make it.

I'm sorry to those that aren't getting paid, maybe it's some of the bigger webmasters that they're taking care of and not paying some of the smaller guys. I'm just posting how they've treated me. I've got a webmaster friend that also got paid around the same time as me and his payment was extremely big.

Getting my payments on time.. And i believe they only have merchant and segpay so that stuff probably isn't even applicable as i see joins come in for both merc and segpay.

Only Segpay and merchant period. This is not correct and is being changed now.

For payments we were swtiching to webmasterchckes and then you know what happened..but all checks and wires are 1200% up to date..just epasses partial batch which should be out this morning.

Lemme explain some things to you ... A sponsor is responsible to have a good quality membersarea. 95% of all chargebacks happen because the members ain't happy about what they've paid for. Whos fault is that? The affiliate ?????????

When I send you a PPS sale then it is YOUR responsibility to make that you convert him. And then still some assholes dare to take the fee back from the affiliate after someone did a chargeback.

When the signup was a fraud then no problem .. but when the member did a chargeback because he found a memberarea nothing to do with all promised on the paysite then I'm not amused.

And no I don't check membersareas on PPS .. I don't give a fuck ... thats why it is PPS.
When the memberarea is ok and I believe in a good rebill for that product then ofcourse I go refshare.

PPS payout rates need to be calculated by the sponsor based on the average rebills per signup.

So high PPS payouts are possible WHEN they have a high rebill %. Ya can only have that with a fucking great members area.

Other sponsors have the same PPS payouts, but they don't give a fuck about their membersarea. They use other "tactics" to get give high payouts and to get what they want.

In this case it doesn't matter if they use this tactics or not ... fact is that they have a rule in their terms witch they can use against you whenever they want. If you tell me they don't do it, then why do they have it in their "terms" to start with? Maybe only to a certain group of affiliates? ... I don't say it is, I say it is possible.
Again who wrote those terms? And for what reason?

Look dude, I don't promote your program. I was just checking it out the other day and it took my attention. Man you only have 10 rules in your terms so it is not that this 1 term was buried at page 15 in the middle of 50 other terms.

But if ya say it is a mistake then who am I.


I know that most people never read the terms when they sign up as an affiliate.
But as ya can see sometimes people agree with "special" things without knowing.
