Uploading photos via cellphone

I understand apple apps prohibit uploads of nudy pictures to websites via mobile. Is there a work around for this?

Thats what i'm doing right now. The programmer mentioned that apple is the app and they require a license fee and a review process and anything adult in nature will be shot down.

What about blackberry's? I'm sure there is a work around for this somehow though
