How to add a popup window in a video?

I saw on some *.wmv videos that they have popups windows (that loads a site in IE) ... how can that be done...?

Anyone knows?

Like after an x amount of time that the video is beeing played, a window popped...

... you´ll have to open the video with a text editor and start from there ... it´s some really hardcore programming involved ... or simply use microsoft´s media encoder ..

Go to Download.com and grab: Vidpop Pro v1.2.1 (6.3MB)
I believe it's freeware, or if it's not, it isn't expensive... $19.99 or something.

Open the video you want to work with, in the edit pane.

Add the following code:

Backup the original video, and resave the file.

Embed the file into your page, and it will popup the desired window.

Yeah, those tags are great, but, I just wanted to show the basic syntax. The rest of the tags are in the tutorials.
