The ACP is just another far right religious agenda that can be ignored for the tripe that it is. There is mountains of scientific evidence for genetic homosexuality, as well as environmental reasons as well. Not all homosexuals are born gay but that doesn't mean that none are. Like most things, there is rarely a single cause.
