Just spent a lot of time designing newsletter and database, only not to be allowed to use it as we have adult content. Campaign Monitor

www.responsys.com is what Playboy use. However, I would be very surprised if they accepted you. I used to work with them when I worked for Playboy UK, then when I resigned from that job I contacted them to ask if they would mail for my new clients and they refused.

I do not know of any ESPs that will work with adult.

Most people run their own mailing script.
