The most I ever won was $1970.90 matching 6 of 7 #'s on a Canadian lotto, Super 7. The jackpot was $12 000 0000 at the time. Was nice to win something but still a kick in the ass.

I guess it's the excitement of knowing there's a chance, even though it's extremely far fetched, but at least a chance of winning big money. I hate it though because the bigger the jackpots get, the more money I spend on tickets, ha ha.
