I need some GEO-IP Banners
 

So I need some geo-ip banners made some flash and some gif. I know php myself, and i think its just using php to write the location on the image, on flash I have no clue, either or im looking to have some made.

Anyone point me in the right direction of getting these made programmer.. designer.. premade package.. whatever.
