Well, I didn't take side in the matter and have no idea on their history. But I think it's more than reasonable to not allow HEARSAY as "proof".

Otherwise it would be too easy for someone to say something, be banned for that, take the penalty and then everybody else would just use that statement from that moment on, as PROOF. And all reasonable persons easily realize that won't work.

I have no clue about what the normal banning time is, but to not allow hearsay seems very reasonable and sound and for that I applaud Eric! :thumbsup

In all fairness, yes. If no proof, then no statement. But to my knowledge, she made her post before the new rules were put into effect. And it was still ICE who was calling the shots around here.
