Especially in a kindergarten class. I could see a whacko attacking his boss or a government building trying to get revenge, but why little 4 and 5 year old kids? Even crazy people usually have some standards.

There is definitely a stigma about mental healthcare in the Azn society and a ton of denial. Such a tragedy to the children brutalized and those who saw it.

I think that cutting up kids is a very rare occurence. Rare occurences are documented in a newspaper. China has the biggest population in the world, so a chance of a rare occurence is higher in China.
