Yeah , locations looks great. I think you dont will be have problem find client for this.

Very simple, I am directly off the Barham and 101. Barring traffic you can be downtown in 10-15 minutes. You can get almost anywhere from the valley to hear in 20 minutes minutes. The 405 is only 5-6 exits up. Hollywood is 5 minutes. Plus, I am directly off the exit, no driving on side streets.

It's an awesome location to be at in LA.

I learned a thing about you LA'ers and I've noticed it to be true. Everyone in LA, regardless of the distance, is always 15 minutes away. And it never turns out to be only 15 minutes away.

I promise Epoch, your offices are further than 15 minutes from LAX. =)

LOL...Epoch is way on the other side of town. Marina Del Ray is an 45minutes to 2 hours depending on traffic.

The outdoor area is fantastic. Love the hot tub with bridge. And the kitchen is great!
