It needs to be performance-based guidelines which prevents Flash from running on their OS, not simply specifically Flash.

It's a cute ad because Apple lovers will get incensed and hate Adobe for doing it. I dunno, I find it hilarious to see people's extreme passion for a company that doesn't give two shits about them.
