Those fools at Cold Hard Cash didn't approve (or even process) my webmaster application (quite stupid for them to manually have to approve them anyway) nor did they answer my support request after that. And I would have just promoted them using FHGs. So probably not worth your time to sign up to their program.

Be patient, i am sure if you re legit; aimee or christian will approve your account

Not sure does manual approvals help anything against fraud-for example some programs require to have mail adress to match with your url which is stupid since i dont use any of my adult urls for mail,beside that protection means nothing since you can make a site and create mail in five minutes.

I have had great dealings with them thus far, conversions are off the chain on the new Lupe site. Any time I hit them up they reply promptly and are more than helpful.

Manual approvals are good these days. Some of the latest pirate/affiliate trends are to sign up, get members access and rip everything to file-shares so money can be made that way instead.
