we have a pretty long waiting list, but if you can wait 1 month, we'll be able to help you. You can see a few blog design samples here, however, at this point 90% of the sites we do use WP as a CMS rather than a blog

I'm using mine as a cms too.

it's strict gambling, you'll have to be very careful about who you hire there.

As an example, the first theme is directly stolen from progressivered.com and for what I know there's some legal issues between Kriesi and Stefan Kovacs. If you see the comments page or the theme's site, you'll see users are complaining about 0 support and theme not working.

Besides, most of the great designers at themeforest charge 3-4k per theme because that's the minimum they'll make reselling their themes many times

You should hire more designers with a waiting list that long, you'll lose business.

it's a pretty short waiting time nowadays, it used to be 2/3 months. And we have 6 people in house now, although only 2 of them are designers

we don't like to outsource because we had really bad experiences, we had to pay for outsourced work and always finished doing part or all of the work ourselves, so we rather tell our clients who to contact if we can't do the work on the desired time frame. As a matter of fact, I know Harvey recommended you to one of our clients a few weeks ago
