The whole "hosted by TPP" thing looks like a lame attempt to hide their real host (which is somewhere in Ukraine now) from being legally pressured by major studios, and bring some publicity to the dwarf party (TPP) that is not going to get enough votes in the next election to make it to the parlament (their current rating is like 0.5%).

I think that in reality they're running out of options after all.
