Change ePassporte credit card?

Does anyone know how I can change the credit card on my ePassporte account that I load funds with?

Been %^&$*#$ trying to work it out for the last 40 minutes!

At this time its not possible to load funds using a credit card only withdraw funds to it.

For personal accounts its only possible using a US bank account.
