Tired Of CCBill -- Who Do You Suggest I Move On To?

Been with CCBill for way too long, time to cut ties and move on...who do you suggest?

(and I don't have my own merchant account)

Barefootsies 05-18-2010 07:10 PM

I personally like Verotel and Zombaio. But if you are dealing with affiliates, you have to think of who has good affiliate support and solid in that regard. Otherwise you will have a hard time getting them to promote your program if you run one.

Good luck on search!

I tried signing up to a site using Zombaio the other day, with a perfectly valid credit card number and was declined...that scared me.

Any reasons other that "too long"? I am no fanboi but ccbill does work.

LoveSandra 05-18-2010 07:26 PM

any major problem with ccbill?

SlammedMedia 05-18-2010 07:30 PM

i just feel there's a lot more money to be made with another credit card processor.

maybe you are on to something? I don't know... i'm just thinking out loud here but jamming the recurring in all spots that suck on cc form sometimes makes people not want to join.

Strange though that metart.com has there recurring well below submit... hmmmmm

maybe a merchant account which you don't have is the way to go :2 cents:

TrainWreckContent 05-18-2010 07:41 PM

in the process of setting up my first site and i am planning on using Zambaio

Agent 488 05-18-2010 07:43 PM

zornbayo all the way.

Rodrigo-Ibills 05-18-2010 07:51 PM

Can we make some processings?

BluMedia 05-18-2010 08:12 PM

Really guys? What about Epoch wtf.

What about keeping ccbill and cascading with epoch?

Yeh, your reasoning just doesn't make a whole lot of sense at the end of the day.

Either way, I prefer CC Bill and Epoch. Many people speak highly of V and Z, but I personally am leery of putting too much trust in either.

AmeliaG 05-18-2010 09:09 PM

Epoch. Zombaio.

you don't even know my actual reasoning.

fuzebox 05-18-2010 09:47 PM

Segpay is a good processor to consider as well :thumbsup

Zombaio has no reserve, lower processing fees and weekly payouts. If Zombaio fails the worst you'll lose is a few weeks of payments.

no man... that is not true. you process with a company and build up say 1000 members you will lose 1000 members or approximately 29,000 dollars per month if they go under.

Give WTS a try. WTSeu.com

Jay_StandAhead 05-19-2010 06:32 AM

I'm also tired of CCbill - I've been trying to change payout info on a couple affiliate accounts I have with CCbill programs for 10 days, and it just can't be done. I must have wasted over 2 hours in back and forth and emailing every couple days and being ignored.

Needless to say I'll do all I can to avoid any and all CCbill programs in the future :)

As a site owner though, it's best to keep an account with epoch in CCbill as they won't go under any time soon.

jrzeygirl 05-19-2010 06:56 AM

Segpay! Hit up KGucci! She will hook you up! :thumbsup

KGucci 05-19-2010 07:03 AM

Consider SegPay :thumbsup

We offer both US and EU processing. In addition we are also in the CCbill cascade script.

Contact me directly for more details.

Do you have any sites that process with them to look at the cc join page as an example?

Kevin Cunningham 05-19-2010 08:09 AM

Only one guy I know that I'd recommend.

ntesic 05-19-2010 08:18 AM

Try CommerceGate

I would be happy to look into your issue for you and see why you have not received a response to your emails. I am sure there must be some valid explanation.

Hi,

If you are ready to save $ and have more control over all aspects of your processing, we can help you with the processing and obtaining your own merchant account.

I will contact you via ICQ but please contact our sales department as well. You are going to LOVE our system and all that we offer, I promise.

We look forward to serving you.

Can someone from SegPay please hit me up on ICQ or respond to my emails about the sites you process for with my content stolen from me and posted on them please?

If you would like a direct merchant account I can help you with that! No start up cost involved. :)

As for 3rd party I would recommended segpay.

mmcfadden 05-19-2010 02:20 PM

maybe paul you can help everyone in one thread?

paulk ‎(1:56 PM):
Care to enlighten me?
mikemcfadden ‎(1:56 PM):
no
paulk ‎(1:58 PM):
I know that the next time you post on the boards saying that your form is fucked up I will send you a link to another form, give you an hour to switch your links and deactivate your custom form. We have spent hours working with you on your form and you say that it is still messed up so I will fix it for you.
You may even see better conversions with a more normal form.
paulk ‎(2:00 PM):
are you there?
mikemcfadden ‎(2:01 PM):
im here and will never listen to you again...

mmcfadden 05-19-2010 02:29 PM

well paul... how noble of you to give me an hour to organize my living...

after all dick... this is how I make a living.

so you want to give me an hour to make things right. you sit in your cozy fucking chair and dictate how I should, or should not, make a living.

then blatantly in my face tell me that metart is not my concern and I am lying to my customers when i say i want a fucking join page that doesnt look like garbage nor your fucking hands on it?

you got a lot of balls man to tell me how to run my biz!

signupdamnit 05-19-2010 02:45 PM

On the affiliate side of things I don't mind Verotel programs although I still have a slight preference for CCbill. The main negative with Verotel from an affiliate perspective is a weak stats implementation. There is no way to see referring urls (for affiliates).

mmcfadden 05-19-2010 02:51 PM

Remember this.... anything you post on ICQ can and will be held against you in a court of GFY. Why people do not remember this is beyond me. :1orglaugh

If you don't have a merchant account, you can apply at my sig..

tony286 05-19-2010 09:48 PM

I feel they dont get any more solid than ccbill.

I emailed you the details. I'd really like to know what a valid explanation is for not wanting to update the info on an affiliate account and ignoring my repeated requests to update them.

Oh my... at least i'm not the only one, nothing worse than being ignored by people who make good money out of you when all you are asking for is 30 minutes of their time for the first time in 4 years...

Semi-Retired-Dave 05-21-2010 08:14 AM

Although I think CCbill is a good company, if you are going to change, I can do something for you.

email below for more info.

andrej_NDC 05-21-2010 09:03 AM

Set up a cascade within ccbill, with segpay and zombaio. Easy 10% extra for almost no work.

andrej_NDC 05-21-2010 09:05 AM

mmcfadden: If you aren't happy with ccbill, use someone else, simple as that. They are not forcing you to use them, you chose them. Case closed!

Lace 05-21-2010 09:50 AM

Yeah, milk that stolen content while you still can.

candyflip 05-21-2010 09:56 AM

I had been going back and forth with the folks at CCBill on an issue I was having. At one point I responded and it took THREE WEEKS for someone on their end to respond to me.

They're going to be taking a backseat in my cascade.
