Rental Property For Sale: Penn Campus Philadelphia
Anyone looking for investment property? I have a three story 5 bedroom rowhome on Penn campus in Philadelphia, with a full enclosed backyard, free on street parking two full bathrooms, dining room and kitchen. Price is negotiable and in the $2xx,xxx range.
The house usualy rents for $1,500 plus utilities and the tenants are usualy students most often grad students so they are quality renters, it is being sold because the owner is getting older and he is Bangladeshi and prefers to spend most of his time in Bangladesh now as his retail businesses are rather slow and he has little to do, so he is trying to lighten his responsibilities here even more. Hit me up on ICQ 293125596 and I will give you some photos, and more info and set up a time for you to look at the house I will be living here all summer so can show the house anytime. Here's some pics of the house incase anyone is interested: http://porntasti.cc/8south-web/8s1.jpg http://porntasti.cc/8south-web/8s2.jpg http://porntasti.cc/8south-web/8s3.jpg http://porntasti.cc/8south-web/8s4.jpg http://porntasti.cc/8south-web/8s5.jpg http://porntasti.cc/8south-web/8s6.jpg http://porntasti.cc/8south-web/8s7.jpg http://porntasti.cc/8south-web/8s8.jpg http://porntasti.cc/8south-web/8s9.jpg http://porntasti.cc/8south-web/8s10.jpg http://porntasti.cc/8south-web/8s11.jpg http://porntasti.cc/8south-web/8s12.jpg http://porntasti.cc/8south-web/8s13.jpg |

Depends for renting to students the rooms are good but if you wanted it for a family i would knock out a wall for spcae somewhere and do a few things, but overall its in nice shape, not really sexy tho :) |

A real fixer upper.
|
That's yours or selling it for someone?

5 bedrooms sounds ideal for roommates.

Philly = U.S. equivalent to Baghdad. Pure shithole. I love it.
|
it's right on the campus of Penn? usually those areas are really nice around big city downtown universities. from that pic it looks like Penn is in a pretty rough area - visually anyway.
|
were its located probably not hard to get student renters ...not bad good luck with it

Penn campus to the south of here is nicer, but its still Philly lol :winkwink: This is the edge of campus if you want right on center of campus you wont find a rental property under 1.5 mil. |

it's pretty easy to get renters you could get them same day, now renters you want is different story, that takes a month sometimes in prime season. If you use a broker no hassles, do it yourself then a tiny bit of work. Or I can handle it since I have rented this house and hsi other properties a ton of times I know them, so if you buy it and your from out of town I can take care of things for you cheap like I do for him, much cheaper than a broker :) |
awesome house :)

They have a really good journalism program and I was accepted there for university but my dad was too freaked out about the neighbourhood to let me go. Apparently, he had a friend from high school that went there and got stabbed. |
Philly cheesesteaks rule, good luck with the sale. I was just fucking around before [pretty sure you guys figured that out].
|
that's a bad area for sure and if you're a white student it's even worse since they think you're rich when in reality temple students are lower or working class at best usualy so not rich at all, Penn students are rich tho bunch of paris hilton wanna be bitches lol :helpme
