I mean seriously, I can't think of a worst support team. One guy is working on the problem cause my server is down, so as I sit waiting for the ticket to get fixed so my sites gets back online, that person leaves. So I have to actually AIM someone who had no idea what was going on, for him just to tell me he'd have to re-examine the server.

the last couple of ticket i have submitted have been answered in a few minutes.. both are recent.. if i call them they take care of it right away.. but normally a ticket it good enough for me. 7 mins.. http://girlrich.com/ch1.png 6 mins. http://girlrich.com/ch2.png and my server has been up for over 3 months... and last time the took it down was just to upgrade member.. Call me crazy .... but to have to ask to be bumped to an "American tier 1 support level" sounds kinda strange.

Choopa runs a very tight ship. I know the owners personally and they are very proactive when it comes to fixing issues. I think if you're having issues you should probably e-mail them first before being nasty to them on the boards. You'll probably get your issues resolved alot quicker.

Choopa, I dealt with many host and choopa is one of the best and they fix all my problems in a timely manner. Fris is a bitch always fucking with someone

I used to host with Choopa. I left for no other reason than I got a better price and at that time it was easy to leave-I only had one gallery server. I can tell you from experience they run a tight ship, and I have had the owners jump on my problems when I had some. Their support was at that time great, and still is. Make friends with a tech. That's hosting 101.
