Do any sms billers allow for billing prior to shipment of tangible goods?

EG: Surfer can buy a porn DVD or whatever with an sms charge. Then it is shipped out.

Naw, Set up through Voxeo, Same Voice XML works for Text Also, Its fucking Sweet. You can create a chat bot with it too..
